Ian Russi | Performance Specialist, Timbers2
Ian Russi joined T2 ahead of its debut MLS NEXT Pro season in 2022 and currently serves as the club’s performance coach. Russi graduated from Oregon State with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science and was hired by the Timbers in 2017 as a performance coach intern. Russi quickly moved on to Timbers Academy where he served as Head of Academy Performance until 2022, when he joined the Timbers2 staff. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
