Gameday Merchandising helps raise over $20,000 in 2015 for Stand Together community partners

Adam Kwarasey, Stand Together Playworks

Every month during 2015, Gameday Merchandising showcased a Stand Together community partner in the adidas Timbers Team Store at Providence Park. Gameday made it possible for customers to make a register donation to each month’s highlighted organization. The beneficiaries this season included the following nonprofits who focus on supporting youth health and wellness, education or the environment in the Portland Metro Area:

  • Active Children Portland
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest
  • Friends of Trees
  • Girls Inc.
  • Playworks
  • Somos Timbers
  • Special Olympics Oregon
  • Stand Together

The Portland Timbers would like to recognize Gameday Merchandising for their dedication and contributions to Stand Together. In addition to the fan donations, Gameday has also donated 30% of the sales from the Stand Together apparel line to the Timbers and Thorns FC community relations platform. Be sure to stop by the adidas Timbers Team Store at Providence Park to find MLS Cup gear and exclusive memorabilia which will make for the perfect holiday gifts.

In 2015, over $20,000 in register donations were collected. Gameday Merchandising, we are grateful for your continued generosity and commitment helping us better our community!
