Portland Thorns FC were first up last Wednesday. Now, it's the Timbers' turn. The 2021 Major League Soccer SuperDraft (presented by adidas) is here.

Beginning at 11 AM PT, the Timbers will be one of 27 teams participating in this year's draft, which will last three rounds. The first of those rounds will be available live across a number of MLS's outlets: web, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter as well as the league's mobile app. Updates on the second and third round will be available via the league's website, social media, and mobile app.

Beyond the league's resources, the Timbers will providing their own draft experiences, using this live Draft Tracker, its Twitter and Instagram feeds, as well as Facebook posts to keep you up to date on everything happening within the team's command center. Timbers.com's Richard Farley, along with the club's video team, is on the ground in the team's draft room, ready to bring you news, sights and reaction from Providence Park's KeyBank Club.

The Timbers hold the eighth, 43rd and 70th picks in today's draft, but until the selections start, we wait. But as we do, here are a few helpful links to get you ready for the day's festivities:

10:08 AM PT - The draft room is still empty at Providence Park, meaning this video, taken Wednesday afternoon, might still be relevant:

10:45 AM PT - Early activity on draft day as the club executed a trade with Orlando City SC, acquiring a total of $100k in General Allocation Money ($75k in 2021, $25k in 2022) for the No. 8 overall pick in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft, presented by adidas.

10:50 AM PT - Between the salary cap, Designated Players, Targeted Allocation Money and General Allocation Money, it's hard to keep track of how teams balance their books. But for a team like the Timbers, $100,000 in allocation can be important.

11:15 AM PT - Daniel Pereira, congratulations. You're not only the latest Austin FC player but the answer to today's most-enduring trivia question: Who went first overall in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft.

12:58 PM PT —That big jump in time from the last entry to this one? Welcome to the Timbers' 2021 SuperDraft, friends. We're playing a waiting game until the 16th pick of the second round.

In the interim, congratulations to Aedan Stanley, a Duke University product who spent last season with Timbers 2. The fullback is headed to Austin FC.

2:06 PM PT — Fans, we have movement:

2:22 PM PT — And just like that, the Portland Timbers' 2021 SuperDraft is over:
