T2 keeps consecutive clean sheets for first time in MLS NEXT Pro history
PORTLAND, Ore. – Timbers2 secured a 3-0 shutout victory over LAFC 2 at Providence Park on Wednesday night. Goalkeeper Lukas Burns helped the team record a second straight clean sheet, while Gage Guerra, Kyle Linhares and Reo Revaldo each scored a goal. With the win, T2 (3-4-2, 12pts) is in eighth place in the Western Conference.

Timbers2 tallied its first-ever consecutive clean sheets its four seasons of MLS NEXT Pro play with tonight’s 3-0 win and the team’s 1-0 victory over Whitecaps FC 2 on May 9. Goalkeeper Lukas Burns stood in net for both matches and had a total of eight saves over T2’s last two matches.
